CASECO Homes
CaseCo was founded in Loudoun County because this community is home. It is where we grew up, built relationships, and learned the value of people showing up for one another. Over the years, families, neighbors, and local businesses have supported our journey in countless ways. CaseCo Community was created as a way to give back through meaningful construction services that support the people who make this community strong. This ongoing initiative is our commitment to serving those who have given so much to the place we call home.
CaseCo became an active partner of HeroHomes in 2024, continuing a mission first established by Matt Lowers and Jason Brownell in 2016. HeroHomes is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to building homes for veterans and families who have served our country. Our team is closely involved in every aspect of this work—as the general contractor for each home, as an active sponsor, and through leadership roles on the HeroHomes board. It’s a partnership rooted in action, where we have the opportunity to help deliver homes that reflect the gratitude and respect these families deserve.
At CaseCo, we believe in building more than homes—we believe in creating moments that matter. Through our partnership with the Make-A-Wish Foundation, we had the privilege of building Charlotte’s Treehouse, a deeply personal wish that came to life through collaboration, care, and an unwavering commitment from our team.
Through our community initiatives, we are honored to contribute to a mission that celebrates courage, imagination, and the power of hope. Supporting Make A Wish is another way we strive to give back and help create meaningful moments that families will carry with them forever.
